Tomorrow, weather permitting, I will undertake a reconnaissance mission to the Shadow Mountain region. Less than 2 hours drive from Montreal. I will try to hike there for a couple of hours(unless trespassing is not allowed there) and see what's there.
I looked at the arial picture of it and there are a few points of interest there.
I might take some picture if I find anything interesting.
Will not do any gold pannning, don't even ask
