I think it should honestly. I will be watching closely making sure Joel will follow through with keystone legally. The company and the shareholders need not anymore fines, nov's, or whatever may come to be of keystone this early on. There is a reputation to build here. I want to blame ignorance on the faults associated with congress...not negligence

I have a lot of money in this as I know you do and I value my investment / investments very well. I hope Joel is reading this. I have stood behind every action that you have done and supported you along the way but am a bit bothered and worried by what's soon to come - adeq, sec, and whatever other damage Joel listed in his last letter.
