I agree but after going back and watching the council meeting, I think Bain wanted to pass agriculture/industrial zoning and not just industrial. I also sense some disagreement within the council members themselves. Bain may just be outnumbered. Anyone else think he was leaning towards agricultural/industrial on zoning? Regardless, if possible, I wouldn't want to take a chance on letting him cast a vote.
