I agree on both. If GERALD is true to his word, which I believe he is, we will not see a forced uplist. If I had to guess I would say uplist in mid .20 to mid .30 range. Just my guess but remember GERALD won't make much $$ either if does it early. Everyone that thinks his salary is slot of $$$ is nuts. Salary only last so long and could be gone tomorrow. The money is in his options!! And he has stated that!!
