If this gets to a courtroom, here's how the CEN Bio case looks:
1) Solicitation by the town of Lakeshore to Jim Shabaan for an MMPR facility on his property.
2) Application to Health Canada for a license under MMPR
3) Notification to Lakeshore by CB to build an MMPR facility
4) Official recognition by Lakeshore Council that intent to build an MMPR facility has been given and recognition of proper zoning presented during a scheduled council meeting
5) Press conference welcoming CEN Biotech to Lakeshore by the mayor and the provincial minister of trade.
6) Ready to build letter presented to CB by HC
7) Building constructed and final inspection called for
Open House presentation made by CB for Lakeshore residents
9) HC pre license inspection completed
10 ) Lawsuit initiated by adjacent property owners
11) Second Open House presentation for Lakeshore residents
