The company burned through $60M and the market cap dropped nearly half a billion from the fraud-fueled peak. I don't think I need to use "allegedly" when saying investors lost money.
Second, why don't you wait until the company actually sells a processor, or delivers on any business plan du jour, before chiding me by saying maybe no credentials would satisfy me??

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
