Urban television network has never been a part of PNCH. URBT was established long before IC Places ever existed. I joined IC punch Media as its President and was supposed to be its new CEO three months after the employment agreement was signed, however due to the cunningness of its current CEO that never happened. Steven Samblis his solely responsible for the condition of that company. I filed a complaint with the securities exchange commission in regards to alleged fraud committed by Steven. And at which time I rescinded the deal between Steven and myself. I have distance myself from that company for more than two years and I have personally absorb the debts left by the company that were created as a result of my term with the company. I have made it completely clear that we have no dealings whatsoever with that company. I have stated in no uncertain words that I believe that Steven Samblis does not deserve the opportunity to be the CEO of any company. In my opinion his actions are shameful and embarrassing.
