The constant issuance of more shares is doing quite a bit of damage to the share price. It also gives some folk ammunition for the bashing.
In my opinion the company has lost some credibility with their over optimistic press releases and then issuing shares into the optimism. I mean really, MoneyTV one week Brazil contract expansion into South America, the next week Dan is on saying how he hand delivered some cases.
I think to gain credibility good hard numbers on time. Realistic projections and follow through with some of the already stated things. Where is the company on some of these new products?
I understand it's micro cap and needs capital for growth but tell me who is going to invest when it's vague on how much your investment is going to be diluted?
