I believe we will see .50 relatively quick. Understand this is a plan they have had years to perfect. It includes charters, freight, expansion and at this point no debt. Also leases are treated differently than straight debt. I used a lot of leases in clients portfolios. Specifically rail cars and air craft engine. The epa is instrumental in aircraft leases. The make them evolve for the sake of the "enviroment". It's good for business.
