Here are the updates on all questions at this point.
1). Congress-The APP PERMIT APPLICATION is submitted and information used for it was from the past operation so no new information was needed to add other that water needed for processing, they did see we did process and we do have a good chance at a fine, but we will see, also no explaining this one again, we will get this permit before the end of the year hopefully this month and we will be processing again THIS YEAR, no speculation the TRUTH.
2). Share Structure and Buyback-Many people say DILUTION everyday and guess what NO SHARES TO DILUTE, so stop listening to it, the share structure is down, and working on purchasing more shares, I will do everything in my power to get it to 5.1 billion by December 31, 2014.
3). Gold-All gold was sold as promised and will show in the financials along with the equipment and vehicles not rented owned on the books.
4). PR firms- What they brought to the table wasn't good enough for the shares and didn't sign the deal so no shares were issued-PERIOD not false hopes smart business
5) Shares- Everyone is a expert in this field let me explain one thing that I SUPPOSED to LIE ABOUT, all shares that are issued are all restricted for 1 year or 2 years, MNGG has no FREE TRADING shares STOP LISTENING to the people that I just sell at will I CANT THERE IS NO FREE TRADING SHARES.
6). GHANA- Everyone can post what they want about George and Scott that they are stupid and don't know what they are doing, ITS TV, so I am also TOLD I CANNOT GET A PERMIT, OK well next Friday I go to GHANA and will come home with a GHANA corp tied in with MINING GLOBAL and will get my PERMIT PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I don't I will tell everyone I was wrong but it wont happen, I will be mining in Ghana this year 2014.
7). Keystone Mine- This is the one everyone is concerned about, Congress is my main focus, then Ghana then Keystone.

On the CC call I haven't put the ball mill in place yet to process and my deal was after 90 days to pay a minimum of 5 ounces per month, well I didn't take any money to purchase the ball mill and didn't process the rock and to truck it off like I did didn't make allot of sense either, due to the low grade of ore, so here is my answer.
Keystone Mine, Mining Global will resign a contract with Panos and is in the process of buying a ball mill to process the 200,000 tons that we mined for then will see if it makes sense to stay and continue, but WE ARE BACK ON NOVEMBER 10th, so our feet will be back on the GROUND there, I will upload the contract when I receive it back signed.
So have I made some bad mistakes so far YES, am I fixing them YES, have I made 1 DOLLAR NO, and have I DILUTED 1 share NO.
All the bills are from 2010 till 2013, no bill from this year PERIOD, all bills paid except for the gold to Panos which now it will be a processing deal with a procentage.
So lets set a Challenge:
Gitreal-You have done the most damage with ADEQ, MSHA and SEC, now by the end of the year you will be 100 percent wrong on your statements other then me making mistakes, so here is your challenge, MAN UP and call me and tell everyone who you are or meet me in Arizona and lets talk, Here is my prediction, YOUR ANSWER-I don't need to meet anyone your a LIAR, that's all I get you also said you will stop when I make everything right, get ready its coming and the Cease and Desist will be coming down on IHUB on Monday because its not TRUE, thank you next.
Plutus-All your answers have no backup dilution no chance you have posted I wouldn't know those numbers in the IBOX, did you ever hear of OTCIQ I can run a report for any date range, so here is your challenge sell your shares and go away and stop with fake accounts and putting me down and my friends.
Elkong- You are a financials guy no problem with your statements but when you see 3rd and 4th qtr, you will also go away, no main problem with you, Challenge to you is to show me I don't have any money in the company or assets, If I had to wager YOUR 100 percent wrong, Good Luck.
Dunphy777- I think he has the brains and he will see, but he at least does research, Challenge, if I get the permit or I MEAN WHEN I GET THE PERMIT, just leave the board.
