To the Board: Legal Issues relating to Ontario Provincial Board
If this has been addressed, please excuse the redundancy. Given Lawdogs wonderful presentation of Fitx's legal defense on these issues, does the company have the right to submit material in its defense (before the Board makes a decision) to this Ontario Provincial Board that has to approve Lakeshore's Town Council amendments?
Or if that's not possible, does it have the right under Canadian and provincial law to appeal the Province's decision if it upholds Lakeshore's amendments.
