I believe that we have probably have seen the worst in terms of stock price. Just 12 days ago we were at .088 bid and the reality WAS that scrc was going to sold for tax loss selling. Now we are sitting at .13 cents per share and thats not going to happen. That is very encouraging news as SCRC will now not get caught in the downdraft of tax-loss selling very encouraging news for all. I believe we started the year at approx .12 cents a share and the majority of the shares probably were bot .095 to .125 area.

In conclusion we do not have to worry about tax loss selling and its nov 7th and only another 7 weeks to go before year end.
