Ask the LT. When it all said and done the actual "float" is not 1B. People seem to think the PP share holders are going to sell on 1/10 of a centor at .10 or .20. Folks they are in it to $20. They are adding 7 more planes. Now if I was a PP shareholder, which I am, I would not worry abut lifting the restrictions since I am long term. it's the traders that will sell. This is the real deal. People will get rich.
