Call me Crazy if you want to because I may be wrong, but I think we are all about to see this thing flip and take off.

Why? Because this thing has been going on for a long time now. The people who live around this facility are not stupid, they probably have followed the stock price and read the "stock message boards" just like us. I think they knew what was happening and this "COULD" all be a carefully crafted plan. The stock price is down BIG now. So what is to keep certain people from buying up this stock and then suddenly the whole thing gets "re-zoned" and those "Certain people" get Rich? And they get a new Taxable business in their community with new jobs to boot?

Then again maybe I am crazy. (But you have to admit, it could be close to the truth).
