I'm still in!!! I agree, they can't just "change their mind" and "act" as if they knew nothing! It is laughable that the major an council can take such a ridiculous position. They could no more expect to win if they passed a new by law changing residential to commercial. What, would everyone just move? They will probably end up paying Cen's court cost too!!!!
