Why did the council wait all this time just to try and stick it to CEN? The recent ruling about mmj not being forced to be zoned industrial will have some bearing on this. I truly believe that Essex County will not approve these because and here is where i will get into Canadian government, the County has more control over the municipality hence the by laws that were passed have to be approved. So if they approve then that would bring the county into litigation if it goes to a court. No I really dont see this happening. I really see this as a way for this town to let some else make their hard decisions for them.
