I agree, Bill needs to get back here and start some politicking of his own with the town. I believe your win-win scenario is more likely but as you mentioned cost the company some money. They may need to politic and buy their way out of this one. I do think regardless HC should and will follow their own licensing process. If CEN has followed all the steps, a license should be issued. That is HC's policy. If they do not follow it that will draw them even more heat which they do not need. HC knows the issue with the town is Cenbio's issue not theirs. I do think this will all work out but time is the enemy here.
