Wow, havn't checked with my broker yet! i think they (the brokers and mm) Did it, cause they are trying to figure out where they are! They need to have what is exact amount of tradable float is, so they can cover by end of month! My proof of conversation with broker was sent to finra, never heard back from them, they might be investigating, the brokers and mm's, three clearing houses changes within 6 months, penson to apex to a new one in 1stq of 2013? Kinda goofy IMO! And IMO only!

Plus penson has known issue according to other broker, guess who involved, found out yesterday, knight capital!
