I don't know if the quiet is good or bad. It appears that the press releases are timed with the increases in outstanding shares. Could the lack of releases this week mean they don't need the increases anymore? That could be a good or bad sign. Good in that the cash flow has increased enough to cover expenses. Bad in that maybe they have issued so much that shares issued don't provide enough working capital and they had go to other financing.

Time will tell. They seem to have a lot on their plate and hopefully following through many of their commitments.
