I don't get it, not trying to have my head up my ass but what am I missing here. Land is agriculture, one building already on land. Oct 21 2013 Bill issues letter to Steve Salmons formally notifying them that we have applied for a mmpr, listing all the activities that will take place at the address.
Nov 7 2013 site has "correct zoning" zoned as Agricultural use-value added providing accessory use for processing and refining. Building permit acquired, assuming building inspector did his job inspecting facility as it was being built.
At know time was work halted for anything, let alone "zoning problems". Million dollar facility made and now they think they can change zoning saying it has to be industrial. They are nuts, if this goes to court the town does not have a leg to stand on. This is not to mention the fact of the mayor welcoming us in the nice photo op well before any of this, and now saying they would be okay if we grew tomatoes. Please do not spend tax money on a court case that you are going to lose, these people are ridiculous.
