Honestly I dont think that town council knows whether to shit or go blind! This whole thing is about how much theg can tax the company. The more control they have the more they can tax. All this is because there is no clear path to do this, you entered the MMj sector because you believe its ready to take off. Well right now we just got on the plane and they found a mechanical issue.
