Thanks for the outstanding post.
What people here don't understand is that if Canwealth can issue shares, then 60% of that valuation should flow through to ICBT. The $1 IPO price gives ICBT an absurdly high valuation. But even if the IPO goes for a smaller number of shares or the same number of shares at a lower price, the upside for ICBT is really, really massive.
Yes, we hear some back and forth about whether Canwealth is sitting on tons and tons of gold or nothing at all. Well, so long as Canwealth can attractive investors (for whatever the plan is), it doesn't matter whether Canwealth has gold or not. The value would be in the capital the IPO pulls in and in Garth's plans for that capital.
And if just one of Canwealth's claims pans out, then this will be a moonshot.
This is going to be one sweet ride!
