Without the float and O/S going down it's hard for the PPS to go up. That's the simplest thing to see and the start up of Congress mine in the near future then there's no reason why it won't move up. The 1's or 2's is stuck for a while. Some shareholders here are impatiently waiting, some of them are selling at 1's same as what they bought at minus commission. Good for the MNGG to buy at this cheapest price too. Those who expects a quick 100% gain have to wait for quite sometime.
