OMG! I forgot about retired shares!!! LOL!!!
There is zero debate for me this goes to court, and zero debate that FITX would not destroy LS. Especially with the Government recently stating to a town, MMJ is Agricultural and now the town just openly admitted the building has correct zoning. They should have left that out.
But a chance to get their own shares at sub-penny and retire them?????? LMAO!!! I totally forgot about that with all of the news. That would be so easy to pull off! And even juicier knowing in the end Lakeshore's money we win would go toward it
