I really can see the concerns of a manufacturing company moving in to a rural quiet area. The locals are not seeing the big picture. Ok, they get x amount for their homes and move on. This company could provide a standard of living that would be for the entire town. I lived very close to two Pharmas, Ethicon and J&J - Ortho. The town is one of the richest in the country and I think Somerset County is in the top 15. These people will be the ones that will really miss the boat. We are not Johns Manville making Asbestos insulation for gods sake.
