First, and most important, there are few longs here, lots of day traders, if they cannot see money to be made in a few months, they sell off and leave. Its how they make money, so whatever.
Second, the town listened to the cries of literally I counted 3 people out of the entire town who live near there, they are upset their houses lose value. Period, they openly said it is not to do about MMJ at all, it is the location and look of the property. They argue MMJ is an industrial product as the facility is industrial looking and requires such things. They want it out of sight. BUT, the canadian government proclaimed it to be (like the rest of earth) as agricultural.
Falling also because of the headaches and the impending lawsuit against the town. The town is literally loaded with idiots.
