One company is already suing Health Canada, why not more? But I think the town council has no idea what they just started. They will be destroyed in legal costs. They have zero case, just a vote. Who better understands laws and grandfathering? A Lawyer? or the local mom and pop store owner who ran for a small town council job and won. This will be going to federal court.
