They will appeal, I totally see this sub-penny where I am buying in. I think they realize though an appeal is worthless, the 20 day period will give them enough time to prep lawsuit and I honestly feel bad for the town, there is nothing they have to help them, they signed off on everything. Now they are attempting to say the building is zoned right but to grow it you need to re-zone the building because MMJ is in their minds...industrial, when the say it with me, FEDERAL GOVERNMENT classifies it as agricultural. This could become one of those cases where the town is decimated so much, the town goes bankrupt and closes.
