A R/S is unlucky at this point, thus there is no confirmation.  Interest in BCAP picked up a bit today, but this week saw low volume.  The last major event was the PR on the 8th of this month and since then only speculative thoughts have been thrown around.  Financials should get released next week as it is the last trading week of March and the last PR stated the financials would be ready by the end of the month.
