Quick question...
If the neighbors concern focused on the buildings aesthetics from the get go,
as well as the need to be placed in an industrial setting, why was the building from the start allowed to be built and used as a movie studio in an agricultural area in the first place?. I'm sure there would have been a bigger traffic concern etc. And they
weren't planting any tomatoes or raising any livestock then to my knowledge in the use of a movie studio. Were there issues with the same surrounding neighbors?
