Only reason i say court is if the city interferes to much with this already legally in place and recognized, CEN Biotech will sue to cover the loss of money spent in build out and damages. Then we will take that money and ironically create jobs in another town using Lakeshores money. There will be an appeal obviously, and yes the events do not pertain to FITX, people are jumping ship are traders needing to see money NOW!!!!!!!! to feed kids TONIGHT!!! I get it.

I think the residents thought that vote would mean FITX would cease operations and need to tear down and start over. BillyBob in the red shirt is probably sitting on his porch rocking back and fourth with binoculars looking for the bulldozer that will not come. Probably calling Bill up saying "All you had to do was pay me 10x my home value and you would not be dealing with my wrath, see my power??"

We have a private investor group, we all know everything is legal, they know the potential, they will protect the investment, especially when it is a slam dunk.
