My take on this is at the beginning there were no issues concerning zoning as the surrounding residents were under the assumption they would benefit $$ from this as per the mayor. When the financial assessments did not add up to what they intended to reap from Cen, the zoning was brought to light as an issue and a fight. The mayor put himself in a position telling both sides what they want to hear as his plan A went sour. I think the surrounding residents knew all along and were on board for monetary reasons and they blew it out of greed. Tom Bains has to be s@@#$ his pants at this point as it smells like extortion from our side. He might want to stock up on Depends as he will probably need them. Just my own opinion. ( as a sign of gluttony ) and 1 plant (maybe an apple tree) ( the pig has to eat) and call my now fully compliant agricultural farm "HOW YOU LIKE THEM APPLES"
