Bud, This will never see a court room! Everything that needs to be said has been said and all of the other was for the residents of Lakeshore.
1. Within 45 seconds of the start of the meeting it was clear CEN is not affected by ANY of these laws.
2. All zoning is correct no one can dispute that.
3. Mayor even stated in an interview that CEN has site specific zoning.
4. Obviously residents are trying to cash in on their properties for a substantial gain.
No Sir, there will be no lawsuit or court proceedings. They (council) want the company but also want to be seen as on the residents side so they keep their jobs! Period....
