The main meaning, there are others, but the main thing is that while ntek was saying the np1 was coming last year,at the same time they were accepting money to develop the prototype. Therefore they were lying about the np1coming out last year.
Only people with insider information could have known this.
But more importantly, ntek shouldn't have lied. They should have said they were developing it.

There's other stuff but that's the main thing.
For instance, why lie about that, and insinuate audits were coming soon, and pps could be a dollar really soon as insinuated at the 2013 shm, and other whoppers that wouldn't make the burger king jealous, unless you were gonna ruin the pps up as high as you could, then you and a few friends were gonna short the stock while it came down as only you (ntek and insiders) could know it was going to do once it became apparent the np1 WASN'T coming anytime soon.
I mean, you (ntek officers) knew you were full of s#!t when you said all those things, what benefits did you get unless you were gonna use the knowledge you were lying to benefit financially.

But then, maybe they just enjoy lying.
