Yes but you were saying to sell site one when that is not possible. Or if Bill's cousin decides to sell or sub it out, we don't gain anything. Plus it being zoned agricultral really limits the use of the land with huge buildings on it. Also the new tenant most likely don't want to pick up this headache with the locals. But stranger things have happened.
