They did make those statements after all it was a meeting about amendments to the official city plan.
However, the majority of the meeting was about Cen Biotech. Citizens handing out pictures of the facility and speaking specifically about their property in relation to Cen Biotech.
If this meeting was an attempt to deal complaints about Cen Biotech using the official city plan I personally that maybe a cause for legal action. After all in the very least it show that the council was acting in "bad faith".
