Yes there were other buildings planned but this does not mean they wont. People they can change and amend laws so quickly it can make your head spin. They can also grant themselves a closed session hearing, propose, vote and pass without any notice to anyone. They have done this on several occasions this year. The first 45 seconds of that meeting said it all. That the by laws do not affect the licenses submitted thus far. The market reacted to exactly what I said before. The council wanted to pass these to make it harder for others to set up shop. The outrage u saw was for the council to be the good guy and FITX bad guys where there to be harangued!
