Yes, I did. I said last night if the pps did this today I would 'POUNCE' on them. I did not lie and am very happy I got the chance. I don't like that it happened....but, because it did.........oh well.
I think FITX has more options than anyone realizes, and litigation is only a small portion of that. That will be just to recover lost funds because of lies and deceit on the counsel's and others part.
There is no doubt that FITX has a plan B already in place.
As someone else said here....I am also long term here, and these setbacks, if this is what that is, really do not matter to me, other than opportunity to better my position. GLTU
