Keeping track of promised actions against actual deliveries . Due to shareholder inquiries and desires !

Lack of concrete action of any kind since inception is dragging down the stock price, and collapsing the daily stock volume. What gives ?

Time for some action guys !

BTW, details of the first acquisition ( actual date of acquisition , consideration made -- shares or cash or debt , made with what person , and for exactly what portion of the business, a single product or the entire business ) remain impossible to independently verify .

CAN YOU SPELL "8K" or better yet say it ?
