We need the world economy to fire up . I believe oil dropped to twelve dollars in the late nineties and I knew a guy who bought up leases started a small oil company and made a killing . I worked for him and saw how it was done.
He would never had made it if the price had never dropped .
As much as it hurts thats what we need and Chris needs to have the plan ready .
