While I do feel bad for the couple of residents who live near the facility, the town approved the buildings location and zoning. Possibly CenBio could give stock options to those looking to sell and retire someday? Then CenBio could buy their homes in 5 years? That's me being nice, and wanting to see CEN work with the town. In the end, laws are laws, black and white.
I would offer all that on contingency of HC issuing a license. after license, within 3 months have the homes purchased or stock options given. Not a bribe, but to simply avoid court for the town which we would win and show a form of respect for their concerns.
Distance from residences were exact, the laws were already in place, they built to that. plain and simple. I get emotion is had, but cold hard fact is fact. That is ALL that holds up in court which I think the council knows.
