there is still hope for an appeal as the county must approve last nights decision. As I said earlier this year, it is always investors who pay the price for bad decisions. In this case the inaction of both the town and the company to meet these issues head on instead of in the media resulted in this current mess. And who is paying the price? You guys, theinvestors.
