Not looking pretty but I'm looking at it as a buying opportunity, this is not over folks and they're getting weak hands to sell. I know the news has been nothing but bad over the last several months but good news will come. The mayor and some council members need to be investigated and that will come. The mayor on the front page of the local newspaper welcoming Cen Bio to Lakeshore, what up mayor, why the change of heart, they will be coming after you now!

I believe the share price will be back up over .03 by end of day, we'll see. Never the less I'm adding in the .02's.
