I don't think the short is over, it seems a lots of shorties (as well as brokers --like TDA, TD waterhouse, Questrade just joined to the shorting army  ) and all the Canadian brokerage seem to put the short risk on the long investors' side by shotting them repeatedly by charging higher trasaction fee + huge deposit for order going through...

It seems shorties from all sides now got a excellent excuse to short ICPA by the current situation--- O/S added, A/S doubled + name changing, etc ..., all the shorties make this one as their paradise as long term investors either can't buy because of faked DTCC order or lack of fund to avarage down.....And I didn't see any chance we can stop the shameless shorting action very soon...
