Open mike council statements.Before and after meeting.I heard a few things said before the meeting started and after.I know others did too and it may have been recorded.

----I heard Council woman say about 2 min before meeting started-"halt them in their tracks".Others were talking and then her voice was clear enough to hear that.

----Heard mayor say at the end-they should have bought the neighbors house and this could have been avoided.

----Heard after meeting right before mikes cut off- mayor said or person speaking with mayor said "there's or here's another $50 million dollar lawsuit"
