That was a red herring. You cannot apply for a zoning amendment for land you don't even have. Buildings do not fall under zoning,, land use does. Value added as used by Bill and team concentrated on processing mj into something else that is not allowed, thus the future if it is allowed. But the towns value added also includes packaging - it is plain as day in the regulations - how did they miss that. It includes packaging - so if you took your toamtoes as Bill said and grew them and packaged them to ship out, that would be value added even though the tomatoes are still the same. Says so right in the regulations that his urban planning experts overlooked.
