Picon, I agree with you there but that can work two ways. At the early counsel meetings (I am talking June 2014) the counsel came across like they were led to believe based on Cen's application for a building permit that Cen just wanted to build a pole barn. Does that mean they were misled by CEN as to their true intention with the building permit?
This is the kind of stuff that worries me...
