Picon, I truely hope Bill Chaaban takes Lakeshore to court. He does have the money (from the 20 million donor without dipping into share diluting). I hope he makes them pay. I've already said I will be joining any class action lawsuit vs Lakeshore. They (the town council) are truely feckless.

He must fight for the shareholders. He must fight for the company. Lakeshore will have to pay, or these big-wigs he has as BOD will be a jumpin' ship ---canary style, for all of us to see.
