I disagree and believe there is a basis for that site to be grandfathered in. A few in fact.
1. Steve Salmons (Council member) admits the idea to use the land for a mmj facility was came from him.
2. Per the Nov council meeting minutes, the council admits Cen has formally notified them of there intent to use the land to grow MMJ and in the same minutes the council states THEY ARE ZONED CORRECTLY TO DO SO.
3. In the September? minutes member of council states Cen has done everything by the book in regards to the buildout which, in November they admit to have been notified is for a mmj facility.
Now in the very last stages of getting licensed, after the buildout is complete, after pre inspections have been initiated, after Cen is at the very last step of licensing, the council decides to create new mmj facility specific laws and have them apply to Cen after all that has happened? I say that is a very strong basis for being granfathered in from the changes.
