I thought land wuz zoned, not buildings. If land is zoned we still should be able to build buildings 3 and 4 if we want because of grandfathering in clause, according to thenewalbum, again, if land is zoned, not buildings. But I say that is just the question that will have to be settled in court, if BC has (I'm settled down a little bit, now) the, er, determination.
